Creating a mentally healthy workplace is everyone’s responsibility but research shows that the relationship we have with our line manager has a big impact on our mental wellbeing at work.

This four-week programme aims to support & empower people managers in how to play their part in creating a culture of wellbeing whilst also recognising the importance of having their own support in this challenging role.

Using the framework of prevention, early intervention & support, this programme introduces the key behaviours & practical tools needed at each stage to support staff.
