Be Active for Bucks Mind Season Two is here and your fundraising packs are ready!

Silverson has been supporting Bucks Mind’s Befriending service since 2020 and is also now supporting our Mind the Gap peer support service.

The North Bucks Bike Ride, in aid of Bucks Mind, is on Sunday 10 July.

Champion the Change, the campaign run by Bucks Mind and Buckinghamshire Council that aims to transform attitudes to mental health to help end stigma, is hosting a week-long awareness event from 27 June-3 July.

The Penn 7 & Family Fun Run, in aid of Bucks Mind, was held on Sunday 19th June and was a huge success.

Our Older Adults Wellbeing Group enjoyed a fabulous Platinum Jubilee party on 31st May.
