Bucks Mind, in partnership with Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trusts, has expanded its Community Based Support services with the launch of Gateway Community Navigators.

Our new service is for adults in Bucks who have been referred by their GP to specialist mental health services.

Our Community Navigators will work with you on a one-to-one basis, either in person or by phone, to identify support within the community that will help meet your social, emotional, medical and practical needs.

Community Navigators are approachable, empathic and flexible. They will listen to you, help you to set manageable goals and support you with referrals to help you to access services and community groups.
