NHS Community Response volunteers can support with tasks such as shopping for food and essential items, as well as picking up and delivering prescriptions.

Volunteers can help different people, like those who are waiting to be admitted or discharged from hospital, or vulnerable individuals who require assistance while their care giver takes a break.
