The MindLine Trans+ provides a safe place to talk about your feelings confidentially. We don’t record calls nor ask for any personal details. Our listeners will try understand the multitude of feelings and concerns that may be going on for you. We are here to listen and offer our support.
We have volunteers with lived experience of Trans+ or are Allies responding to your calls as often as possible and are open 2 evenings a week Mondays and Fridays from 8pm to midnight.

Which area does the service cover?
MindLine Trans+ is a national service open to callers nationwide.
Community Engagement
Local community engagement is in progress with service users in the form of Trans Voice groups, they are meeting in both Bristol and Taunton, to ensure the service provides for the wider Trans community.
Call Costs
Calls to MindLine Trans+ are inclusive to any contracted minutes that you may have with your phone provider, so there is no cost as long as you have minutes remaining.
Outside of any inclusive minutes packages, calls from landlines are charged at approx 3.5p per minute. Costs for mobiles vary dependent on mobile operator, we suggest you confirm this with your operator.
