The Complex Needs Service is part of the Thames Valley Initiative – providing treatment for people with complex and longstanding emotional and interpersonal problems, most of whom will suffer from personality disorders.

We provide Early Intervention Services (EIS) for people aged between 14-65 who are experiencing their first episode of psychosis.

Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust provides Forensic Services for people with serious mental health problems who are or have been involved with the criminal justice system.

The Forensic Community Mental Health Team (FCMHT) provides specialist psychological and psychiatric interventions to assess, treat and manage individuals who, because of mental illness or personality disorder, have offended, or, present a potential to offend and therefore pose a risk to themselves or others.

Marlborough House is a male only medium secure 28 bedded unit situated on the Milton Keynes General Hospital site in Milton Keynes. Watling Ward is an acute admissions ward that has 20 beds, with an Intensive Care Unit including a de-escalation lounge.
