The Royal Borough Mental Health Recovery Service has availability in January and February to deliver a FREE one or two-hour workshop for parents or staff in schools in Windsor, Ascot and Maidenhead.

Topics covered include, mental health awareness and ways to maintain good mental health and wellbeing (for example mindfulness, coping strategies and treatment options).
