Coronavirus and your wellbeing
We are continuing to keep up-to-date with and following Government guidelines relating to Coronavirus (COVID-19) and will adapt to any changes as necessary over the coming weeks. As of 13th March, our approach is that:-
- Our organisation will continue to run services.
- We encourage everyone to be vigilant with good hygiene practices.
- The stay at home guidance will be strictly implemented – please see further information below.
We ask that all of our service users, carers of service users, volunteers and staff keep vigilant with handwashing and to stay at home if they feel unwell.

Symptoms
The most common symptoms of coronavirus (COVID-19) are a recent onset of:
- new continuous cough and/or
- high temperature
For most people, coronavirus (COVID-19) will be a mild infection.
If you have symptoms
- You should remain at home for 7 days from when your symptoms started.
- After 7 days, if you feel better and no longer have a high temperature, you can return to your normal routine. A cough may persist for several weeks in some people, despite the coronavirus infection having cleared. A persistent cough alone does not mean you must continue to self-isolate for more than 7 days.
- If you have not had any signs of improvement and have not already sought medical advice, you should contact NHS 111 online at 111.nhs.uk. If you have no internet access, you should call NHS 111.
In contact with confirmed coronavirus case, but no symptoms
- You should remain at home for 14 days.
