Children’s Mental Health Week 2025, run by Place2Be, is from 3 to 9 February 2025. This year’s theme is, ‘Know Yourself, Grow Yourself’

The aim is to encourage children and young people to express their emotions and embrace self-awareness to promote personal growth. For a range of resources for children and young people and to help you take part in the week, please click on the button below.

Bucks Mind supports the mental health wellbeing of children and young people through our Mental Health Education in Schools and Peer Support in Schools services. In addition, our free Counselling for Young People service offers compassionate and confidential support to people aged 13-21 facing emotional and mental health challenges.

Your school can help support these services by raising vital funds through a Non-Uniform Day in aid of Bucks Mind. For fundraising support, please contact [email protected]

Our CYP team will be in schools throughout Children’s Mental Health Week delivering mental health education to students, staff and parents to support the wellbeing of the whole school community.
