Buckinghamshire Mind also facilitates the Bucks Employer’s Pledge, which is run by our anti-stigma campaign, Champion the Change, in partnership with Buckinghamshire Council.

The Employer’s Pledge is a commitment to change the way we think and act about mental health in the work place. The aim is to remove the stigma around mental ill-health so that employees feel supported, not ashamed.

Buckinghamshire Mind has demonstrated its commitment by signing the Employer’s Pledge and joining other Bucks businesses who are leading the way toward ending mental health stigma.

Buckinghamshire Mind delivers mental health workplace wellbeing training to private, public and voluntary organisations in Buckinghamshire and East Berkshire. It’s never been more important to focus on our mental wellbeing at work. Mental health problems at work are common, but starting a conversation about mental health doesn’t have to be difficult.

Our Training team is here to help you make your workplace mentally healthier. Here at Buckinghamshire Mind we can support your staff to stay well, both in the workplace and in their personal lives, through our interactive and informative professional training workshops and presentations.

All our courses are suitable for managers and staff in the private, public or voluntary sectors and can be delivered face to face or virtually.

Booking training with us not only supports your staff but also the people who need us most in our community. Our training fees go towards funding our much-needed services across Buckinghamshire and East Berkshire.
