World Suicide Prevention Day (WSPD) is held every year on 10 September.

The aim is to encourage understanding and to give people the confidence to take action. You can show your support for WSPD by lighting a candle at 8pm on 10 September.

Our Safe Haven out of hours crisis support service offers short-term intervention to people while they are in a mental health crisis, as an alternative to A&E. We are here seven evenings a week from 6pm to midnight.
