I am a Business Director with a wealth of experience in various senior leadership roles in the IT Industry, spanning over 25 years. With a background in IT delivery, commercial management and business development, I have excellent leadership, man management, customer relationship management, project, programme management and stakeholder management skills. I presently work for a consultancy company helping companies transform their technology and business operations to deliver increased value.

I have always combined a business career with voluntary sector work. I am presently Chair of Home-Start Slough, a charity that supports disadvantaged families with young children. I have helped them develop their strategy, put in place best practice governance, improve outcomes, increase sustainability and maximise impact. Over 80% of Home-Start Slough referrals have mental health problems and, through my work, I have gained a deep appreciation of the significance of mental health problems on individuals and the impact that these problems have on their lives.

I am inspired, motivated and excited to support Buckinghamshire Mind to achieve their strategic plan and ensure that everyone experiencing a mental health problem gets both support and respect.
