Mental health support group for men over the age of 18. Talk and Listen, or Talk and Box groups run once per month. Friendly, confidential and non-judgemental. Opportunity to talk and be listened to, with like-minded men.

Talk and Listen at Ashmead School, 1st Thursday of every month. Talk and Box at Pegasus gym 3rd Friday of every month.
