Bucks Mind’s Training Service are hoping to provide FREE mental health support for construction workers in the Bucks and East Berkshire areas.

We know that the trade industry – including builders, plasterers, plumbers, gas engineers, electricians etc – is a high stress environment, with long hours, lone working and financial pressures. We also know there can be a ‘macho’ culture that prevents many workers from seeking support and help when they may need it, putting further stress on their own mental health and wellbeing.

We want to understand how best to help; what kind of mental health support would be best for you:

• Toolbox talks?
• Counselling
• Signposting to services?
